Intermountain Health Care (IHC)
Intermountain Health Care, a not-for-profit organization which serves the health care needs of Utah and Idaho residents. They offer quality clinical care, ingenuity, and affordability unparalleled in the region.
Due to their diligence in the areas of quality control and cost effectiveness, Intermountain Health Care's average inpatient costs to their members are lower than the Utah average. Affordability is so important to them that they provide financial assistance to those who qualify.
Intermountain Health Care's nonprofit hospitals and clinics are run to help the community, not to capitalize on the misfortunes of others. To this end, IHC provides charity care to qualifying patients and financial support to independent community clinics serving the homeless and low-income populations.
